When I woke up the sun seemed pretty high in the air but it was only 7am. I hung a load of laundry as it seemed like a good day for it. The weather say mainly cloudy but for right now it is sunny.
Then I headed to Loblaws for my weekly trip. It was not as busy as last Sunday. Apparently not as many people need to shop on the holiday weekend as mothers day. Many of Loblaws shelves have stabilized but there are still some empty ones- flour is definitely empty but there are other assorted weird ones empty. One thing they did have was toilet paper on sale and lots of it. They also had pasta on sale. I am working on replenishing my cupboards now. Todays meal I am planning a "leftover stew" as we have some leftover beef from the roast last night, leftover rice + tomatoes, carrots, corn I think.
