hot and cold

Days went from very hot to very cool quickly.

Today I forgot it was a PA day and woke James at 7am. Colour him not impressed.

I tried to get out for lunch today but things snowballed and that didn't work out.

I did make dinner yesterday- Japanese turkey taco bowls:

 Sticky rice

 Turkey with spices and cheese

 With Tomatoes

 lettuce and sour cream

 more cheese and cooked wonton wrappers

 The best part was the toasted wonton wrappers- they were really good

I am not sure how the weekend will go- we are having a celebration for Al and his family on Saturday night and I am speaking at Rustle Sunday morning. I don't think I am ready for any of it.
