We had our contract ratification meeting yesterday and it is possible that we'll be on strike tomorrow. We will find out later today how the vote went. The general thought seemed to be that Queen's has created a toxic work environment with the cutbacks and then gave managers so created a lot of unhappiness.
Today I need to try to finish up the timetabling plus I have 8 hours of interviews for SWEP positions that if we're on strike I can't complete the hiring for. A good 12 hours of work today at least!
