Spent some time today listening to a prayer meeting from Cleveland Ohio called "The Call". This was similar to "The Cry" except dealing with American things (some of which were the same as Canadian ones, of course)
Tomorrow we are doing a Concert of Prayer and Praise at Rustle- this will be a shorter service than usual because at 1pm there is a 5 Church picnic that we will be participating in.
This week, I hope to see my parents as they travel on their vacation.
Photos from this past week:

Camp stories
James was at camp this week. He came back with some funny stories. Some of the kids going into grade 9 had smuggled in some beer that was found by a counsellor who happens to be a police officer. One kid went to Tim Horton's at 1am. Got kicked out of the camp.
James doesn't like swimming so chose to help the younger kids with their skate. The seniors at their lunch first- 2 hotdog limit then they went on to swim while James stayed back to help with the skate. Then the juniors had lunch. 2 hotdog limit. James' strategies got him 4 hotdogs.

When you search for something you have hidden
I received a cheque in the mail and thought I put it in my backpack but then couldn't find it. I discovered I put it somewhere "safer".
It is very windy and stormy this evening. While I don't have any photos from tonight I have some cloud photos from the trip to St. C.
I also have some from a fewweeks back after seeing Anne-Marie's "rhinoceros"show:
Tonight I watched a few videos on managing storms. Here is one:
Made Korean pork fried rice yesterday. Taking photos with my phone which I am still trying to sort out how to do the focus so some of them are not so great.
The bowl of quick kimchi- recipe called for radishes as well, but I don't like them (think only my dad does!) so it was just cabbage, spices and rice vinegar
Cooking the meat and veggies- zuccini and snap peas
Here you had to put the cooked sticky rice in the pan and not stir it for 2 minutes, then you stirred it and added 1/2 of the quick kimchi
As well as a ssamjang sauce and this was the result
Then topped with the other half of the kimchi
Very tasty!

best laid plans
On the way to Rustle I went by Metro to pick up a fruit platter for the Rustle BBQ but forgot it in the kitchen so it was not enjoyed by the masses. It is however, now being enjoyed by us.
There was a lady who was to come and pick up a shelf from Rustle at 10:30 but she did not show so we had pulled out the shelf and I had waited for her for nothing.
Rustle itself was good and the BBQ was a hit.
Watched Kim's Church and BB in the evening. Tomorrow work during the day and a board meeting at night.
