Snow in the city

 When I walked to Rustle, it was snowing. When I left Rustle it had become icy. The 401 had some issues with the weather.

Last bike ride

 Tomorrow snow is expected so I biked today to no frills. A few other bikers overtook me. Whenever they passed they would talk to me. So very friendly bicyclists. Maybe because they all know it is the last day.

Loblaws is always inconsistent with their stick bread but the No Frills has the same packaging but they are clearly frozen and they are always out at 8am so at least consistent even if they are frozen.

2 Coats day

 The weather was so variable today that I had to bring 2 coats to work.

We had lots of classes and training sessions.

Kim has lost power and I have lost communication with her so she may not be able to charge her phone.

Day of Carbs

 I went to Loblaws today to pick up stick bread. They didn't have stick bread (maybe the time change threw off their schedule) so I had to buy a larger loaf (like a segmented stick bread) which meant that I had to eat it for both breakfast and lunch. For dinner James wanted pasta and garlic bread but I wasn't that hungry as I had made a tea just before so I just had the garlic bread. So basically, all carbs all day.

I hosted at Rustle, finished up the test preparation and dealt with some Rustle Finance stuff. James has a hockey game at 10pm and a class tomorrow at 8am. Good luck to him!

I need to head in early tomorrow to clear through some email before the 8:30am class.

A new season

 I wore my winter coat for the first time yesterday.

Thanks to the time change I was up at 5am.

I am scheduled to host today at Rustle. I have some work and shopping to get done as well.
